平山的特產很多，最負盛名的要數古月的燒餅與豆腐了。而古月豆腐不但在平山，就是在石家莊那也是一絕。據說有個飯店，如要點古月豆腐，那還得提前預訂，訂晚了就趕不上了。它的特點就是味道好，勁道。
今天雖說大雨一直在下，但我們為了避開上班時間還是來到了古月尋覓正宗的手工豆腐作坊。
