Alice: Great idea! Take out the cards and let's play!

Susan: I don't have the cards, but tom does. I'll call him and have him bring a pack over.

愛麗斯：那樣我的話，我打電話給瑪麗，叫她過來跟我們玩牌。

蘇珊：等等，我先打給湯姆。也許他會邀請另一個玩家來。

愛麗斯：好吧。（3分鐘後）嗯，湯姆要跟他朋友一起來嗎？

蘇珊：對，他要帶他表弟比爾過來，他可是很會打牌的。

愛麗斯：那太好了！對了，我剛剛注意到我們沒有零食了。

蘇珊：奧，那我們最好去超市買一些薯片。打牌沒東西吃怎麼行呢！
