Porter: Mommy, the line's not moving.
媽咪，隊伍不動
(Susan looks behind Porter to see a queue of children at the ice cream van. She sees her mother at the van's window flirting with the ice cream man.蘇珊往波特身後望去看到冰淇淋車前排著一隊的耗子，他媽媽在和賣冰淇淋大叔調情)
Susan: Oh, for Pete's sake.

Susan: (tries to get her mother's attention) Mom. Mom.
Sophie: What?幹嘛？
Susan: The kids are waiting.

Sophie: Oh, honey, Hector here teaches salsa dancing at the community centre.

Hector (ice cream man): I give private lessons too.
我也有私教課。
Sophie: Oh, I bet you do.
我猜你也有。
Susan: Mom, would you please not flirt with the ice cream man.

Susan: Do you need a reason beyond the fact he's the ice cream man?

Susan: You just broke up with Morty two weeks ago. Don't you think you could at least pretend to mourn the relationship.

Sophie: You are such a stick-in-the-mud. We should be out there having fun. I know what we can do tonight. (gets really excited)We can go to some hip club and get some hot guys.

a stick-in-the-mud 這個習慣用語是用來比喻頑固和墨守成規的人可以譯成:老古板，老古董
Susan: Mom!
Sophie: It'll be great.I'll say I'm 42 and you can be 28.
這真是太棒了。我就說我42，你28.
Sophie: What? Oh, you can pull it off.
