“甩锅”用英语可以怎么说？
首先看一下原句，有点长，慢慢分析：
We hope certain US officials could focus on domestic response & international cooperation instead of trying to shift the blame to China by denigrating Chinese efforts to fight the epidemic.
我们希望某些US官员（US officials）能够把重点放在（focus on）国内应对（domestic response）和国际合作（International cooperation）上，而不是试图通过贬低（denigrate）我们抗击疾病的努力来推卸责任给我们。
大家可以看到这句话中有一个表达叫：shift the blame。
blame，表示（对坏事）应该负有的责任。
shift经常和blame搭配在一起，表示推诿责任，推卸责任，可以引申为甩锅。
看个英文例句：
They want to shift the blame for rising unemployment onto the recession.
他们想把失业率上升的责任推到经济衰退（recession）上。
* 注意介词：shift the blame to XX./onto XX.
