3月20號，標普500收於2304點，幾乎是本輪最低點，高盛的首席證券策略分析師當天說
“In the near-term, we expect the S&P 500 will fall towards a low of 2000 ” “短期內，我們預計標準普爾500指數將跌至2000點。”
昨天，標普500反彈接近2800，高盛的投資策略部董事總經理出來喊話：
“Our own advice to clients is that right now is a good time to get back into markets and take advantage of the decline in equity markets to position for the rebound” “我們給客戶的建議是，現在是重返市場並利用股市下跌的機會來反彈的好時機”
原來追漲殺跌並不是散戶專用策略。
