User Guide to the Health Kit
for Foreign Nationals

Open WeChat / Alipay, search for the mini-program “Health Kit”, or scan the QR code below to access it.

進入到小程序後，您需要先選擇語言（中英文都可以）。
After accessing the mini-program, set the language first (you can choose between Chinese and English).

以選擇“English（英語）”為例，選擇語言後閱讀聲明並確認。
For example, if you choose “English”, read the following statement and confirm after setting the language.

點擊“Query on me”進入信息填寫頁面，輸入姓名、入境時使用護照號碼。
Click “Query on me” to fill in the information. Enter your name and the number of the passport you used for entering China.
5.
輸入信息後，需拍攝入境時使用的證件關鍵信息頁，進行識別認證。
After filling in the information, take a photo of the key information page of the ID document you used upon entry for verification.
6.
點擊“Query on me”按鈕，即可查詢到您當日的健康狀態。健康狀態查詢結果僅在當日24時前有效。
Click “Query on me” to check your health status for the day. The query results are only valid until 24 o'clock of the day.
7.
如果你要代他人查詢，還可點擊“Query on others”按鈕。
If you want to check the health status for others, click “Query on others”.
