Abstract和Summary在生活中比較常見，都包含“概括，摘要”意思，而synopsis其實也跟我們息息相關，也有“概括，摘要”之意，下面就仔細來看看它們的區別：

Summary
A summary of something is a short account of it, which gives the main points but not the details.
總結；摘要；概括。普通用語，正如英英解釋，注重短和簡練（short），而不刻意追求風格或事實、細節（details），強調文章完成後的總結或事情發生後的概況。

a sketchy summary of the main points of an argument or theory.
多指書本的前言摘要，小說的故事梗概，電影的劇情簡介，劇本大綱等。

《哈利波特》的故事梗概已經很吸引人。
