burnt: adj. 燒焦的;燒傷的 v. 燃燒(burn的過去式、過去分詞形式)

這裡的 if you want your skin to flake off like a burnt potato 意思是如果你想讓你的皮膚像燒焦的土豆皮一樣剝落的話。

you sold me 可不是你賣了我,表示出賣可以說you sold me out, 但是you sold me 就是指你之前說的主意/計劃說服我了,打動我了。我接受你提出的主意,計劃。
