You nailed it. It’s easy to forget that in 2013-2014 we were last in passes per game and were 13th in offensive rating, with a 6th seed in the West and a first round exit. With Kerr arriving for 2014-2015, we jumped to 9th in passes per game and finished 2nd in offensive rating, with the best record and title. It was a clear night and day difference and it’s very much thanks to the offensive system Kerr implemented.

What's crazy is he easily could have turned out like Jimmer coming out of college. A high volume, lights-out shooter who basically farted out points in college but people were nervous about due to defense/athleticism/size concerns.
I remember watching him in awe at Davidson and having absolutely no clue how he'd do in the pros.

What's really crazy is that Virginia Tech turned him down (Dell Currys alma matter) ... not exactly a great basketball school Virginia Tech and they turned down one of the greatest basketball players of all time who happened to be the son of the greatest Virginia Tech player to date.

Almost every team got better over the off season, and we lost five games last postseason, even getting taken to seven. I don't understand how you could say that. I'd be surprised if we swept anyone honestly outside of maybe a weak first round match up. No way we'd sweep Toronto, Boston, Utah, Houston, NOLA, etc.
