顧名思義，十年對比挑戰就是2009-2019年，讓人們曬出10年之間的變化對比圖。
微博上的#十年對比挑戰#話題持續多天登上熱搜榜，話題閱讀量達到22.7億，討論量達93.5萬，眾多網友參與互動。
在國外，Facebook、Instagram、Twitter等社交平臺上，#10YearChallenge#（十年對比挑戰）也引爆熱潮，數百萬網友加入了這一挑戰。
從2009到2019，有的人就像吃了防腐劑，歲月似乎沒有在他們身上留下一點痕跡。
有的人則開始步入“中年危機”，身材發福、髮際線後退，開始每天枸杞泡茶、熱水泡腳。
