make作使役動詞時，意為“使…,讓……",其後常接動詞原形、形容詞、過去分詞、介詞短語等做賓語補足語。常見結構如下 ：
一、make sb./ sth--- 意為 "使……怎麼樣”
(1) The news made us happy. 這個消息使我們很高興。
(2) The film that I saw yesterday made me sad. 昨天我看的電影使我很悲傷。
(3) The soft music makes Amy relaxed. 舒緩的音樂使Amy很放鬆。
二、make sb./sth.+ do sth. 意為“讓/使某人做某事”
(1) The boss often make us work for more than ten hours.
老闆經常讓我們工作10多個小時。
(2) The movie was so sad that it made Tina and Tara cry.
電影如此悲傷，以至於它讓Tina和Tara哭泣。
三、Make it+名詞/形容詞+to do sth. 意為“使做某事成為 /變得…” it 為形式主語，真正的主語是不定式 (to do sth.)
(1) Learning a foreign language can make it easier for us to find a good job.
學外語能使我們更容易找到工作。
(2) They should make it clear for us to know how to use the computer. 他們應該講清楚使我們知道怎樣使用這臺電腦。
四、make sb../sh+過去分詞，意為"使某人/某物被…
(1) He spoke so fast that he couldn't make himself heard clearly
他說得太快，別人聽不清楚。
(2) He can't made his English understand.他不能保證自己說的英語被別人理解。
五、be made to do sth. 意為"被迫做某事”
(1) If you see the cartoon film, you will be made to laugh.
如果你看到這部卡通片，你將會被逗笑的。
(2) Her son is made to play the piano for two hours every day
她的兒子被迫每天練習兩個小時的鋼琴。
