這裡what 引導的的一個主語從句，what I mean 作主語，其中mean一個動詞，而且是及物動詞，is是謂語動詞。

mean的用法1：
mean多用作及物動詞,其後可接名詞、代詞、動名詞、動詞不定式或that/wh-從句作賓語,有時還可接雙賓語。mean也可接由動詞不定式或“to be/as+ n. ”充當補足語的複合賓語。mean偶爾也可用作不及物動詞。
