(1)面對一件昂貴的東西時,不同的思維模式:

Poor dad: “I can’t afford it.”

窮爸爸:“我可付不起!”

Rich dad: “ How can I afford it?”

富爸爸:“我怎樣才能付得起?”。

窮爸爸意味著精神上的懶惰,想辦法逃避;富爸爸希望運用你的大腦,想辦法解決問題。

(2)面對錢的問題

Poor dad: “When it comes to money, play it safe. Don’t take risks.”

窮爸爸:“當涉及錢的時候要小心,別去冒險。”

Rich dad: “ Learn to manage risk.”

富爸爸:“要學會管理風險。”

(3)面對房子問題

Poor dad: “ Our home is our largest investment and our greatest asset.”

窮爸爸:“房子是最大的投資和資產。”

Rich dad: “ My house is a liability, and if your house is your largest investmet, you’re in trouble.”

富爸爸:“房子是負債,如果房子是你最大的投資,你就麻煩了。”
