Author’s note: It is clear to the scientific community that neural plasticity is a reality and neurological changes in the brain can occur at any age. This must become absolutely clear to all ophthalmologists and optometrists so that they never again tell even one patient that nothing can be done to cure their amblyopia or strabismus.
