The state of California has more people than all of Canada and STILL these big companies make record profits and hand us Stone Age bad service with space age tech. They act as if we cannot live without them unless we the people sell all their stock and demand alternatives! Regulatory enforcement? This is Canada....remember!!

If my 90 year old dad falls he can't get up. If his cell phone doesn't work he can't call for help. They have disconnected his service three times due to a clerical error that keeps repeating itself. Every time we call them they say they are sorry and that the problem has been fixed. But then a few weeks later they disconnect it again. If he dies because of this there will be consequences.
