2月11日0-24時,四平市新冠肺炎新增確診病例0例，新增疑似病例0例。
截至2月11日24時, 四平市累計報告新冠肺炎確診病例 12例, 其中治癒出院1例（鐵西區），死亡病例1例（鐵西區），現在院隔離治療確診病例10例，其中鐵東區1例、鐵西區6例、雙遼市3例。
截至2月11日24時，全市現有新冠肺炎疑似病例3例，已全部隔離治療，目前正在進一步明確診斷。
From 0 to 24 on February 11, 2020 saw 0 new confirmed case and 0 new suspected case of pneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus in Siping.
By the end of February 11, 12 confirmed cases had been reported in Siping, among which 1 cured case (in Tiexi District), 1 death case (in Tiexi District) and 10 confirmed cases being treated in isolation, including 1 in Tiedong District, 6 in Tiexi District and 3 in Shuangliao.
By the end of February 10, 3 suspected cases are being treated in isolation. The diagnosis is being further clarified.
