Opened in 1892, Qingdao Port is located in the heart of the port cluster around the Bohai Sea and the port group in Yangtze River Delta. Occupying the center of the whole port cluster in Northeast Asia, it is a major international trade hub for the western Pacific and one of the largest comprehensive ports in the world.
