OTT＝over the top
over 在..之上，the top最高點，連起來是超過了最高點。
牛津詞典對“over the top”是這樣定義的：too extreme and not suitable, demanding too much attention or effort. 意思就是“要求太多，過頭了，太誇大”。
外國人在社交聊天中經常輸入的OTT也就是在表達：你太誇張了！
例子
The special effects are a bit over the top but I enjoyed it.

不同於上面的四種表達，“That's insane.”一般是遇到或聽到一件非常棒的事情，而覺得"太好了；太誇張了"。

A: I’ve got two tickets for Taylor Swift’s concert here.

B: Wow, that’s insane!
