Close和Near都是常用的形容詞！在描述距離的時候這2個詞是通用的。
例如地鐵站很近可以這樣說：
The subway station is close.
當然也可以這樣說:
The subway station is near.
但是例外的情況是，如果你描述的是涉及抽象思想或品質的事物（例如關係）
你只能用Close, 而不能用Near.
例如，以下例句
My friend and I live in different countries, but we are very close.
我和我的朋友住在不同的國家，但是我們非常親密！
My neighbor and I live in the same apartment building, but we are not close.
我和我的鄰居都住在一個公寓樓，但是我們關係不是很近！
Close經常用於描述或者表達 情感上的關聯的遠近親疏！
如果你想表達，我和某個同學關係很親近，這個時候你可以說
We are very close.
