​來自“雲端”的愛,為你“悉心”守候,湖北省高校心理健康專家服務隊工作紀實

楚天都市報4月8日訊(記者 肖楊)為積極科學應對新冠疫情給人民群眾帶來的心理困擾,中共湖北省委教育工委、湖北省教育廳於1月30日組建了由湖北省80多所高校近300名心理健康專家組成的湖北省高校心理健康專家服務隊,並開通熱線電話4007-027-520,積極為省內外受疫情影響的民眾疏導情緒,提供專業溫馨的心理支持服務。專家服務隊在抗擊新冠疫情這個特殊時期,通過信息平臺用手機接聽熱線電話,通過網絡發佈專業輔導信息,為民眾傳遞這份來自“雲端”的愛。

“通過手機熱線打,焦慮不安共接納;微信預約信息化,官方新聞定時刷;負性情緒不要怕,專業隊伍來解答。”為便於民眾求助,這支專家隊伍在相關部門的支持下,探索出五種有效的“雲端”互動服務方式:1.可以在每天9:00-21:00通過撥打心理熱線4007-027-520聯繫專家;2.登錄“武漢微鄰里”微信公眾號、楚天都市報“看楚天”APP進行網絡求助留言,專家將發送手機短信、一對一電話回覆;3.根據預約為醫護人員、社區人員、志願者、居家民眾、高校師生等群體開展網絡團體輔導;4.利用網絡“深入”湖北大學等康復觀察中心,為被隔離觀察人員提供心理疏導;5.面向外國來華留學生開通QQ(1843023950)平臺,提供英語專業心理輔導。專家服務隊堅持用“敬業+專業”對待每一個求助電話、每一條留言信息,悉心地為求助者提供專業心理支持,受到了民眾的歡迎和信任。此外,專家服務隊藉助長江雲“湖北省心理健康服務平臺”發佈指導民眾心理防疫的《大眾心理防疫自助手冊》與兩套《心理減壓操》,在湖北日報、楚天都市報開設“心理抗疫專家行動”專欄,由專家圍繞職工復工復產、學生網課困難、畢業生就業壓力、職場媽媽困擾等撰寫專題輔導文章40餘篇,指導民眾心理調節,總計瀏覽量超過200萬+。學習強國平臺、新華社、人民網、中央廣電總檯中國之聲、新華網、新浪網、央視財經、中國青年報、湖北日報、湖北電視臺、楚天都市報、中國科學報、中國教育在線、湖北高校思政網等媒體先後多角度報道,充分肯定了服務隊的工作成效。

Psychological battle against pandemic: love from “cloud”, we are here for you

Documentary of mental health expert service team of higher education institutions of Hubei province

In order to respond to the psychological distress brought about by Covid-19 to the people in a scientific way, Educational Work Commission of CPC Hubei Provincial Committee and Department of Education of Hubei Province have established a mental health expert service team of higher education institutions of Hubei province consisting of nearly 300 mental health experts from over 80 higher education institutions of Hubei province and opened up a hotline 4007-027-520. The team is ready to provide psychological support in a professional and warm way to actively channel the sentiments of the people inside and outside the province due to the pandemic impact. During this special period of fighting against the outbreak, the team will answer the hotline with mobile phone through the information platform and publish professional counseling information over the Internet to pass this love from “cloud” to the general public.

“Dial the hotline with mobile phone to let us help you with your anxiety; make an appointment via WeChat and browse official news regularly; don’t worry about negative emotions and a professional team is here to help.” To facilitate the help for the public, this team of experts has developed five effective interactive cloud service methods:

1. Contact an expert by dialing the psychological hotline 4007-027-520 at 9:00-21:00 every day;

2. Log in the WeChat Official Account 武漢微鄰里 (Wuhan We-Neighbor), Chutian Metropolis Daily “看楚天 (Kan Chu Tian)” App to leave a message for help and the experts will send text messages via mobile phone for one-to-one phone reply;

3. Group counseling is provided online for medical staff, community workers, volunteers, home residents, college teachers and students, and other groups, after an appointment is made;

4. The network is used to go deep to Hubei University and other rehabilitation observation centers to provide psychological counseling for the people in quarantine;

5. A QQ (1843023950) platform is opened up for foreign students in China to get professional psychological counseling in English.

The expert service team, welcomed and trusted by the people, is committed to treating every help-seeking call and every message with “dedication + professionalism” and provides professional psychological support to those who seek for help. In addition, with the help of the Self-help Manual of Public Psychological Preparation for Epidemic Prevention and two sets of Psychological Stress Release Exercises published on the “Hubei Mental Health Service Platform” on Hubei Official News and Administration APP “長江雲 (Chang Jiang Yun)”, the team opened up an Anti-epidemic Expert Action column in Hubei Daily and Chutian Metropolis Daily. The experts have written more than 40 special counseling articles on resumption of work, student’s difficulties in taking online classes, graduate employment pressure, working moms’ trouble, and more, to guide the public to adjust the mind. The number of views has exceeded 2 million in total.
