When it comes working through thorny issues, it is best to do it face to face - no email, no text, no phone.

當遇到棘手的問題時,最好是面對面地解決,不要發電子郵件,不要發短信,不要打電話。

Nothing beats personal inter actions.

沒有什麼比與人直接互動更重要了。

My very first boss walked around every morning to say 'Good Morning' to each one of us, was very generous with his gratitude, and personally gave out pay stubs with a 'Thank you for the good job' and a handshake.

我的第一個老闆每天早上都會走來走去對我們每個人說“早上好”,他非常慷慨地表達自己的感激之情,還親自發放了工資單,並說了一句“謝謝你的好工作”,還和我們握了握手。

I asked him once why he says 'thank you the good job' every time, even when I didnot do anything special.

我曾經問過他為什麼每次都說“謝謝你的好工作”,即使我沒有做什麼特別的事。

He replied, that he himself does a better job when he thanks others.

他回覆我說:當他感謝其他人時,他自己的工作做得更好了。

It gives him positive energy in the morning to greet people, and to thank them every chance he gets.

通過每天早上的問候別人,並在每一個可能的機會中,去感謝他們,他從中獲得了許多正能量。

And that people do better jobs when appreciated.-

同時,當他表達出他的欣賞之情時,他們能把工作做得更好。

We should do more of that, simple yet powerful.

我們應該可以在這方面走得更遠,簡單而且充滿力量。

But if we treat everyone with respect and appreciation, there will be no conflicts to resolve ! Agree ?

但如果我們尊重和欣賞每個人,就不會有衝突需要解決!同意嗎?
