head在英文中是多義詞，在日常生活和商務英語中都很常用，很多時候都不能直接翻譯！比如下面的這幾個用法：
1lose one's head
=lose self-control 失控
解析：
head除了腦袋的意思，還有一個重要意思是 your mind or mental ability 思考思維能力
2keep your head above water
直譯：頭保持在水面上（維持呼吸不嗆水）
實際意思：
在艱難的處境下維繫，克服生活、工作和財務上的困難
例句：
I work full time, but we're still just keeping our heads above water.
我全職工作，但是我們也只是勉強支撐著過日子。
3bury your head in the sand
直譯：頭在沙子裡
（bury=埋進...中）
實際意思：逃避困難，逃避現實
例句：
You'll never solve your problems if you just bury your head in the sand -- you have to face them.
你如果逃避，就永遠解決不了問題--你必須正面面對！
4keep your head
直譯：保持你的頭腦
實際意思：在危機中，保持冷靜（鎮靜）
例句：
She kept her head under pressure and went on to win the race.
她在壓力下，保持鎮靜，贏得了比賽。
5over your head
直譯：在你頭上
實際意思： 超出（能力，理解）範圍
例句：
Can we stop talking about politics and things that go over my head?
