《福布斯》發佈2018年全球最佳僱主榜單，谷歌母公司Alphabet連續兩年蟬聯榜首。Alphabet也是唯一一家獲得滿分的公司。最佳僱主榜單上的企業均在企業形象、工作條件和多元化方面獲得高度認可。
在這份榜單上排名靠前的公司大多為全球頂尖的公司。總體上以美國企業居多。在前500最佳僱主中，185家企業來自美國。中國的企業僅佔到80家。唯一一家擠進前十的是香港的中國海洋石油公司（CNOOC）。在中國科技公司中，網易、京東、騰訊、阿里巴巴、唯品會上榜，排名分別為80、131、165、332和414。
