高強鋁合金產品逐步豐富

英國BCAST公司與肯聯鋁業合作,採用新的熔融直接冷卻(MC-DC)鑄造工藝,開發了晶體顆粒更細、材料強度更高的鋁合金產品。諾貝麗斯研發Advanz™ 6HS-s650高強度車身面板用鋁合金,強度提升15%-25%,且產品可回收。俄羅斯科學家將鋁熔體與鎳和鑭混合,開發了粉末增強型鋁合金複合材料。

BCAST cooperated with Constellium to develop an aluminum alloy product with finer crystal particles and higher material strength by adopting a new casting process named MC-DC. 採用傳感器等高科技設備將回收鋁材進行分類、熔融和再利用,捷豹路虎已在I-PACE原型車、XE車型上實現回收鋁材的應用。其中,捷豹XE車身面板上就使用了含有高達75%回收鋁材的RC5754鋁合金。

Using high-tech equipment such as sensors to classify, melt and reuse recycled aluminum, Jaguar Land Rover has implemented the application of recycled aluminum on I-PACE prototypes and XE models. · SiC/A鋁剎車盤:瑞典Floby公司推出一款碳化硅顆粒增強的鋁剎車盤SiC/A light,比鑄鐵盤輕30-50%,且易回收、耐腐蝕性好。

· SiC / A aluminum brake disc: Floby introduced a brake disc, which is made of silicon carbide particles reinforced aluminum material, called SiC / A light. It is 30-50% lighter than cast iron discs, and is easy to recycle. Good corrosion resistance.
