如何應對英文面試。接下來就教你幾招，完美化解英語面試難題。
在參加面試時，自我介紹肯定是個不可避免的問題。那麼，到底要怎樣介紹自己呢？這裡面可是有大學問的。
首先，要避免兩個雷區：1. 放棄對問題的主動回答權 2. 介紹過於私人化。
1. 主動權拱手相讓
首先，當你聽到“老掉牙”的問題：Tell me something about yourself.（談談你自己）的時候，要把主動權牢牢掌握在自己手中。
不要偷懶或者耍小聰明反問回去：
What do you want to know about me?
你想知道些什麼呢？
那樣，會給面試者留下不好的印象，對方很有可能覺得你準備不足。
2. 回答過於私人化
當面試官讓你“談談”自己的時候，他們可不是和你隨便拉家常，所以回答不要太私人化哦。
The interviewer doesn't want to know about your hobbies, your family, or even your favorite TV show.
面試官並不想知道你的愛好、家庭或者你最喜歡的電視劇。
要知道，面試官那可是閱人無數的“人精”，他們一定是想從你的自我介紹中提取出有價值的信息的，從而判斷你是否適合本公司。所以：
➤ The interviewer is interested in understanding whether you can do the job.
面試官感興趣的是你能否勝任這份工作。
➤ Whether or not you would fit into the team or culture of the organization.
你能不能融入團隊，適應公司文化。
➤ What you have accomplished in the past.
你以前取得過哪些成就。
➤ How you can help their organization.
你會怎樣來幫助公司發展。
不過，一定要簡潔精煉，不要背簡歷，也不要事無鉅細，碎碎念個沒完。
Keep your statements brief. Your answer to this question should be around two to three minutes.
介紹要簡潔，回答控制在2-3分鐘內。
還有，一定要提前做功課，畢竟知己知彼，方能百戰不殆。
You have to show that you know a lot about the company, the job description and the role you are applying for.
你得展示自己對公司、對工作描述及你應聘的崗位有很多瞭解。
下面就是完美自我介紹“四步曲”，步步為營，助你一臂之力。
Step ❶
Education and experience.
教育和經歷。
Step ❷
Highlight your most important accomplishments.
著重說自己取得過的最大成就。
Step ❸
Show that you have drive, energy and motivation, especially through your tone and how you say things.
展示自己有衝勁、有能量、有動力，尤其要通過你的語氣和說話方式來展現。
Step ❹
Address that you can add value and are agreat fit for the organization.
強調自己可以為公司帶來價值，能很好地融入公司。
我想此刻，你一定在想：要是有一份自我介紹範文就好了……
沒錯，一下就是一份自我介紹的範文！
接下來，讓我們一起按照“四部曲”的套路來分析一下下面的這份範文。
第一步：談談自己的教育背景和經歷。
I recently completed my MBA from South University, where I led 150 other peers as the class president, and implemented the campus’s first recycling program.
最近，我完成了MBA學習，從南部大學畢業。曾任150人班級班長，並開展了校園第一個回收項目。
第二步+第三步：強調自己之前的成就，並充分展示自己的熱情和能量。
Last summer I interned at San City Corporation, where I developed the holiday sales and marketing strategy that helped lead the company to the largest growth in sales they had ever experienced. I really enjoyed that experience.
去年夏天，我在 San City 公司實習，期間我開發了假日銷售市場策略，為公司帶來創建以來最大的銷售增長。我真的很享受這段經歷。
同樣的表達你也可以用：
In my senior year I also participated in an internship at... and stayed there for...
在我大四的時候在...的實習並且在那兒待了... At 後面接你參加實習的公司，For 後面接一段時間，表明你在那兒實習了多長時間。比如“我大四的時候在新東方實習了三個月”：In my senior year I also participated in an internship at New Oriental School and stayed there for 3 months. 當然了不一定要說大四，也可以說暑期，寒假等等，時間隨你換。
第四步：展現自己對該崗位的興趣，強調可以為公司帶來的價值。
I'm very interested in this opportunity with Solar Media because of my passion for green energy and delivering sustainable growth in sales.
我對綠色能源和銷售方面實現可持續增長有著極大的熱情，所以非常有興趣應聘Solar Media的這個職位。
當然，還有更接地氣的表達，比如：
I believe I have the knowledge and skills needed to do well in the... field. I hope I'll have a chance to get to know you and work with you in the future.
我相信我具備在某領域的知識和技能，我希望在未來我能有進一步瞭解大家和跟大家一起工作的機會。
