各位在安徽的外籍人士：
针对近期新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情，安徽省已于1月24日启动了重大突发公共卫生事件一级响应，省委、省政府高度重视，统一部署，各项疫情防控工作有序展开。在此，我们向您提出如下建议：
做好自我防护
保持良好的个人卫生习惯，咳嗽、打喷嚏时务必使用纸巾或肘部捂住口鼻，注意勤洗手。外出时佩戴医用防护口罩，废弃口罩规范投放。注意居所卫生，适当开窗通风。避免接触任何野生动物或禽类动物，减少生冷食物摄入，食用熟食，多喝热水。
减少外出活动
尽量不要外出，避免前往人员密集场所，暂停聚会聚餐等群体性活动。
不适及时就诊
若出现发热、咳嗽、胸闷、乏力等症状，第一时间佩戴医用防护口罩到安徽省各地定点医疗机构就诊。
参加联防联控
如果近期曾赴访疫情高发地区，或接触过这些地区的来皖人员，请第一时间向当地指定医院或外事部门报告，同时要密切注意身体状况，多居家休息，少外出活动。当政府、社区和医疗机构人员做疫情防控登记询问时，请予以理解支持并配合做好工作。

请关注安徽省卫健委“健康安徽”微信公众号，获取新型冠状病毒感染的肺炎疫情官方权威信息通报。

Dearforeign nationals in Anhui province:
To cope with the outbreak ofpneumonia caused by the novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV), Anhui Province launchedthe highest-level (level one) public health response on January 24, 2020. TheCPC Anhui Provincial Committee and the People’s Government of Anhui Provincehave attached high importance to and made comprehensive deployment onprevention and control. The Foreign Affairs Office of Anhui Provincial People’sGovernment hereby sends the following message to foreign nationals living andtraveling in Anhui:
Keep good personal hygiene.
Pleasekeep good personal hygiene habits. Cover your mouth and nose with a tissue orflexed elbow when coughing or sneezing. Clean your hands with soap and water oralcohol-based hand rub. Please wear a surgical mask when going out anddispose the used mask to designated garbage bin. Please keep the roomclean with proper ventilation. Please avoid unprotected contact with wildor farm animals. Drink more hot water and eat thoroughly cooked food instead ofraw or undercooked one.
Reduce or avoid outdoor activities.
Minimizeoutdoor activities, avoid poorly-ventilated or crowded places, and cancel groupactivities such as gatherings and dinings.
Seek medical care early.
Ifyou have fever, cough, fatigue, or difficulty breathing, seek medical careimmediately at a designated medical institution with a mask on (see the attachedlist of medical institutions with fever clinics).
Join in our mass prevention and control efforts.
Incase of recent visit to affected areas or having contact with people from theseareas, please report to designated medical institutions or foreign affairsdepartments as early as possible. Heed personal health more, stay at home forenough rest and reduce outdoor activities. Please support and cooperate withthe government, community and medical staff for health information inquiriesand collection.
