no(沒有)=not a或not any,通常用作定語,可以修飾單數名詞或複數名詞，也可以修飾不可數名詞。none不定量,意為“一個也沒有”,用作名詞時,在句中一般作主語或賓語。none代替不可數名詞作主語時,謂語動詞用單數形式;如代替可數名詞作主語,謂語動詞可用單數或複數形式。no one(=no body)指人，意思是“無人”“沒有人”,永遠用單數。例如:
