“雲開學”後，很多幼兒園的小朋友都收到過一個相同的打卡作業——學會正確洗手、戴口罩。養成更好的衛生習慣，成了這場疫情帶給我們的一項意外“收穫”。
個人衛生習慣，用英語怎麼表示？如何利用這段時間幫助寶貝養成更好的衛生習慣，同時教給他們一些相關的英文日常用語？一起來學習一下吧！

這次疫情讓我們瞭解到，原來洗手那麼重要，勤洗手、正確洗手是預防疾病的重要手段。
1 洗手
我們要告訴孩子，洗手看似簡單，卻可以使我們遠離細菌和傳染病。預防冠狀病毒的最好方法是儘可能地多洗手。
Hand-washing is a simple activity, but this habit can keep germs(細菌)and infections (傳染病)away.The best way to prevent coronavirus(冠狀病毒)is to wash your hands as often as possible.
Turn on the tap（水龍頭）.Put your hands under the running water to wet them.
打開水龍頭，把手放在水中弄溼。
Apply some soap and rub(搓) your hands together.
塗一些肥皂並揉搓。
Scrub(搓洗)both sides of your hands, in between your fingers, around and under your fingernails, and around your wrists(手腕).
搓洗雙手兩側，手指之間，指甲周圍，以及手腕周圍。
Keep washing your hands for 20 seconds or more.
持續洗手20秒鐘或更長時間。
Wash away the soap completely with clean water.
用清水將肥皂徹底洗淨。
Dry the hands with a clean towel.
用乾淨的毛巾擦乾雙手。
2 戴口罩
A mask(口罩) may keep you from getting sick.
口罩可以防止你生病。
Clean your hands with soap and water before touching the mask.
拿口罩之前，先用肥皂和水清洗雙手。
Determine(確定) which side of the mask is the top. The side of the mask that has a stiff(堅硬的) bendable(可彎曲的) edge is the top . It can help to mold(使~緊貼於) to the shape of your nose.
確定口罩的哪一面朝上。有可彎曲硬條的部分是朝上的，它用於使口罩和鼻子更好地貼合。
Determine which side of the mask is the front. The colored side of the mask is usually the front, while the white side touches your face.
確定口罩的哪一側是正面。彩色面通常朝外，白色面朝裡。
Hold the mask by the ear loops(圈). Place a loop around each ear.
拿著口罩兩邊的圈繩，分別套在兩隻耳朵上。
Mold or pinch(捏) the stiff edge to the shape of your nose.
最後，捏一捏口罩上面的硬條，讓它跟鼻子更加貼合。
3 刷牙
We should brush our teeth everyday.
我們每天都要刷牙。
Put a little toothpaste(牙膏) on your toothbrush.
擠一些牙膏在牙刷上。
Brush up and down.Don’t forget to brush deep inside.
上上下下地刷，裡面也要刷到。
Rinse(漱,沖洗) your mouth out thoroughly after brushing.
刷牙後，要徹底漱口。
Rinse your toothbrush.
沖洗你的牙刷。
4 洗澡
It’s time to take a bath.
該洗澡了。
Take off your clothes.
先 脫掉衣服吧。
First, we wash your hair.
我們先來洗頭。
Next, we wash your body.
接下來，咱們洗身上。
Clean yourself well using the body wash(沐浴露）.
用沐浴露好好洗洗吧。
Give yourself a final rinse.
最後再衝一下水。
Hygiene isn’t just about maintaining a good appearance. In fact, it is a proactive way to prevent the spread of viruses and bacteria. 講衛生不僅僅是保持美觀。實際上，這是一種積極主動預防病毒和細菌傳播的方法。
