近日，首批國家級和省級一流本科專業建設點公佈，
吉林大學憑藉57個一流本科專業入選，入選數位居全國高校首位，包括33個國家級和24個省級一流本科專業，成為最大“贏家”。這是吉林大學“大而強”的一個映照。
吉林大學是教育部直屬的全國重點綜合性大學，坐落在吉林省長春市。學校始建於1946年，1960年被列為國家重點大學，1984年成為首批建立研究生院的22所大學之一，1995年首批通過國家教委“211工程”審批，2001年被列入“985工程”國家重點建設的大學，2004年被批准為中央直接管理的學校，2017年入選國家一流大學建設高校。
吉林大學的“大而強”，更是體現在吉大人埋頭幹大事的態度和強有力的成果說服力上。
2019年，吉林大學著力基礎研究，自然科學到校科研經費首次突破15億元，國家社科基金重大項目立項8項。
2019年度，吉林大學牽頭或參與完成的4項成果獲國家科學技術獎勵。其中，吉林大學牽頭完成的項目“CALYPSO晶體結構預測方法與應用”獲得2019年度國家自然科學獎二等獎，項目“東北玉米全價值仿生收穫關鍵技術與裝備”獲得2019年度國家技術發明獎二等獎，項目“頂部驅動精準控壓科學鑽探裝備關鍵技術及應用”獲得2019年度國家技術發明獎二等獎。吉林大學參與完成的項目“渤海灣盆地深層大型整裝凝析氣田勘探理論技術與重大發現”獲得2019年度國家科學技術進步獎一等獎。

憶往昔，中國核科學事業的主要開拓者、兩彈元勳朱光亞一生專注科研，並開創吉林大學物理系，“中國量子化學之父”唐敖慶毅然回國，成為吉林大學化學系主要創始人；著名教育家匡亞明為吉大“三顧茅廬” 延攬名師；畢業於長春地質學院（今吉林大學朝陽校區）的著名地球物理學家黃大年，帶領400多名科學家創造了多項“中國第一”，為我國“巡天探地潛海”填補技術空白......

看今朝，吉林大學科研團隊研發的“板材無模多點成型裝置”榮獲了第十二屆“中國專利金獎”，併成功應用於北京奧運會主會場“鳥巢”的建造。
在中國第35次南極科考中，吉大團隊用自主研發的裝備成功鑽穿近200米厚的南極冰蓋，使中國成為繼俄羅斯、美國後第三個獲取南極冰下基岩岩心樣品的國家。
吉大主要承擔研發的“地殼一號”萬米鑽機以完鑽井深7018米創亞洲國家實施的大陸科學鑽井新紀錄，也標誌著我國成為繼俄羅斯和德國之後世界上第三個擁有實施萬米大陸鑽探計劃專用裝備和相關技術的國家。
要撐起“大而強”的發展路徑，還是離不開人才的力量。
吉林大學現有教師6603人，其中教授2233人。中國科學院和中國工程院院士11人，雙聘院士54人，哲學社會科學資深教授7人，國務院學位委員會學科評議組成員15人，國家有關人才計劃入選者38人，國家級教學名師8人，中央馬克思主義理論研究和建設工程項目首席專家5人，國家“973”計劃（含重大科學研究計劃）項目首席科學家6人，國家有突出貢獻的中青年專家15人，國家“百千萬人才工程”入選專家31人，教育部“長江學者獎勵計劃”入選者63人，國家傑出青年基金獲得者37人，國家優秀青年基金獲得者37人，吉林省“長白山學者”入選者90人。
近日，吉林大學發佈2020年“鼎新學者”支持計劃，進一步在人才儲備方面發力，涉及40多個一級學科（具體學科及聯繫方式見下文），給出的薪酬待遇也十分有誠意：不少於30萬元/年，按月發放，發放兩年，此外還享受諸多福利。

為吸引匯聚國內外優秀青年學者來吉林大學從事科學研究，支持青年學者進行學術探索和科研創新，培育一支發展潛力好、內生動力足、創新活力強的青年人才隊伍，學校設立“鼎新學者”支持計劃，誠摯歡迎潛心科研、勇於創新的優秀青年人才申報。
支持人數
支持人數不超過150人。
薪酬待遇
薪酬不少於30萬元/年（稅前），按月發放，發放兩年。此外，享受國家規定的社會保險及住房公積金；可租住精裝修博士後公寓；享受採暖補貼、健康體檢；享受教職工子女入學、入托政策；可申請高水平國際學術會議資助。
申報條件
1. 在國（境）外世界大學排名前300的高校或基本科學指標數據庫全球排名前1‰的學科或國內一流大學建設高校、雙一流建設學科獲得博士學位；或在諾貝爾獎、圖靈獎、菲爾茲獎等獲得者及院士等國際頂尖學術大師的科研團隊獲得博士學位或從事博士後研究工作。
2. 35週歲及以下。
3. 獲得博士學位一般不超過三年，2020年應屆博士畢業生優先。
4. 進校後須全職在吉林大學從事博士後研究工作。
評審內容主要包括學術水平、科研能力、發展潛力，擬開展研究內容的創新性及對所屬學科領域的推動作用等。

系統填報申請信息（careers.jlu.edu.cn，4月15日系統對外開放），並上傳以下材料：
1. 身份材料。已獲得博士學位的申請人須上傳博士學位證、畢業證掃描件；應屆博士畢業生須上傳學生證及所在學院出具的滿足博士畢業要求的證明掃描件。
2. 學術及科研成果材料。
（1）博士畢業論文全文掃描件。
（2）代表申請人最高學術水平和科研成果的論文、專著、專利或獎勵等，可以從以上類型材料中任選，但總數不超過3個。其中:論文提供全文，專著提供封面、目錄和摘要，專利或獎勵提供證書掃描件。
3. 專家推薦信2封。包括博士導師推薦信及同行專家推薦信。

“Dingxin Scholar” Program
Jilin University (hereinafter referred to as “JLU”) “Dingxin Scholar” Program is launched to recruit outstanding young scholars from home and abroad so as to nurture their huge development potential, strong self-motivation and vigorous innovation by supporting their academic exploration in innovative research. JLU sincerely welcomes outstanding young talents with a vision of innovation and dedicationin scientific research.
Recruitment Plan for 2020
In 2020, a maximum of 150 scholars is planned to be recruited.
Remuneration and Benefits
The salary shall be no less than 300,000 RMB/year (pre-tax), paid on a monthly basis for two years. Dingxin Scholars will be provided with well-decorated housing, as well as subsidies for heating during winter. They enjoy the privilege of the medical plan and preferential policy for their dependent children to attend kindergarten, primary and secondary schools attached to JLU. They can also apply for funds and allowances for attending top-level international conferences.
Eligibility
1. Applicants should hold a doctoral degree from:
a. the world top 300 universities or the top 1‰ disciplines in Essential Science Indicators outside China’s mainland or
b. Universities or disciplines supported by Double World-class Initiative in China.
The researchers who have obtained a doctoral degree or have been engaged in post-doctoral research in the world top scientific research teams led by Nobel Prize laureates, Turing Award winners, Fields Medal winners or academicians are also eligible for application.
2. Applicants should be under 35 years old.
3. Generally, applicants shall have obtained a doctoral degree within the last three years. Fresh PhD graduates of 2020 are given priority in consideration.
4. Applicants shall undertake to work full time as postdoctoral fellows at JLU after commencing the program.
Candidates will be assessed based on their academic achievements, research capabilities, development potential, their research proposals’ innovativeness and potential contribution to the development of the discipline.
