玩得特別開心，所謂的玩high了。
在英文中雖然有high的表達，但是它的意思和中文不太一樣，而且有時候並不是一個好的表達。
1. You are high
When you say you are high, it means to behave in an excited way because of the effects of alcohol and drugs.
當我們說到high，經常表示一個人喝酒喝高了，或是吸了一些藥（drugs）變興奮了。
所以聽到外國人說You are high，有種感覺就是他藥嗑多了；所以在國外可千萬不要說You are high哦，可能會害到別人！
英語例句：
① Although the stuff will give you a nice, mellow high. It’s detrimental to your whole life.
雖然這東西會給你一種所謂的舒適乾淨。但是它會危害你一生。
* detrimental，有害的，不利的。
② He got high by taking drugs, and it ended up with death.
他藥嗑得很high，結果就死了。
* 禁止黃賭毒啊！三觀要正確！珍愛生命遠離毒品！
題外話，雖然high也確實有表示興奮的意思。但是口語中在沒有場景的情況下，你單獨說一句You are high是特別容易被誤解的，所以儘量說成excited，也要避免烏龍哦。
2. High time
“high”是高，“time”是時間，那“high time”是什麼？
High time means the latest possible time，也就是“該是時候做某事了”。
想象下，時間都已經漲得那麼高了，再不做可就來不及了啊！所以high time，得趕緊做某事了。
英語例句：
① It's high time you stopped fooling around and started looking for a serious job.
你是時候該停止遊手好閒，開始找一份正經的工作了。
* fool around，遊手好閒，天天瞎玩。大家可以看出，它和it’s time to do something很相似，但是加了個high，就表示強調，已經真的是時候了，你再不做就遲了的感覺哦！
② It's high time we pulled together and got the job done right.
是我們齊心協力把工作做好的時候了。
* pull together 齊心協力地做某事。
大家可以注意到，it’s high time後面習慣加過去式。其實它暗含一種，你在過去就該把這個事情做好的感覺。這是固定的習慣哦，一定要注意。
3. high and mighty
High表示高，Mighty表示強有力的，那high and mighty呢？
It means to behave as though you think you are more important than other people.
也就是形容那些趾高氣揚，神氣活現，自高自大的人。
英語例句：
① Don't get high and mighty with me. You little jerk!
別跟我擺架子。你這個小混蛋！
② He's too high and mighty to mix with ordinary people like me!
他太趾高氣揚了，才不會和我這樣的普通人混在一起。（哼）
