截止今天为止，全世界新冠肺炎感染人数已经超过100万例，并在以每天10万例的速度增长，死亡人数已经超过5万人。没人确切知道最终感染人数会达到多少例，最终死亡人数能到多少人，但可以确定的是，新型冠状肺炎已经成为世界性的灾难，一场近几十年来罕见的浩劫。有学者甚至预测，这次新冠肺炎将成为一场划时代的事件，世界历史将会出现“新冠前”(BC, Before Corona)和"新冠后"(After Corona)的时代划分。
如此大锅谁都承受不起，压在谁的身上都讲将粉身碎骨，所以我们今天才目睹了一场令人眼花缭乱的甩锅运动，令世界人民目不暇接。
如何用英语来表达“甩锅”呢？下面介绍三种说法。
1 Put the blame on others
The boy spilled milk on the dining table but he tried to put the blame on his brother.
2 Shirk one's responsibility
Congressmen are trying to shirk their responsibility when the war is lost.
3 Pass the buck
The minister was accused of passing the buck when he defended himself in congress.
第3种是比较口语化的说法。"甩锅的人"可以被称作"buck passer"。
