（芽不斷的長，已經露出了地面）
How should I know? Wait and see.

（小苗已經出來了，看出來了吧，長的不一樣。老鼠也來湊熱鬧）
Not too long. See? We’re growing.
不用太久。看見了嗎？我們都在長。
My stem goes up, up, up.
我的莖向上長，向上，向上。
My stem goes sideways.
我的莖側面鋪張。
（老鼠出來湊啥熱鬧，看吧，被貓頭鷹盯上了）
My leaves are small and perky.
我的葉子是小而挺立。
My leaves are big and hairy.
我的葉子寬大多毛。
（小蜜蜂來了，快開花了吧）
My flowers reach up to the sky.
我的花向著天空。
My flowers are hiding under my leaves.
我的花藏在葉子下面。
My petals are yellow and orange and frilly.
我的花瓣是橙黃色的有花邊。
My petals died. I am round and green.
我的花瓣沒了。我是圓的，綠色的。
I have twenty flowers!
我有二十朵鮮花！
Now I am round and orange. What in the world am I ?
現在我是圓滾滾的，橙色的。我到底是什麼？
