小雪习俗,美味迎新年

忙腌菜,过年正好吃

南京有谚语:“小雪腌菜,大雪腌肉。”小雪之后,家家户户开始腌制、风干各种蔬菜,包括白菜、萝卜以及鸡鸭鱼肉等,以备过冬食用。

杭州人往往也会趁着这个节气开始腌制酱鸭、腊肉。

十月朝,糍粑碌碌烧

在南方某些地方,有小雪时节吃糍粑的习俗。有俗语说,“十月朝,糍粑碌碌烧”。

“碌碌烧”是非常形象的客家语言。“碌”,是像车辘那样滚动,意思指用筷子卷起糯米粉团,像车辘那样前后上下左右四周滚动,粘上芝麻花生沙糖;“烧”,即是热气腾腾。

吃糍粑一要热,二要玩,三要斗(比较),才过瘾,才能体味“十月朝,糍粑碌碌烧”的农家乐趣。

十月豆,肥到不见头

小雪时,台湾中南部海边的渔民们会开始晒鱼干、储存干粮。台湾俗谚:“十月豆,肥到不见头”,是指在嘉义县布袋一带,到了农历十月可以捕到“豆仔鱼”。

刨汤肉,美味迎新年

“小雪杀猪,大雪宰羊。”包头农村的风俗习惯是,每到小雪、大雪两个节气,村民们便开始杀猪宰羊准备年货。无论哪家宰畜,邻居、亲朋都要过来帮忙。

杀了猪,东家要用腌酸菜、卤豆腐、宽粉条、沙土豆做一锅猪烩菜,再配上米饭、小菜,略备薄酒,邀请四邻聚餐,寓意团结、和睦、万事兴旺。

少数民族也有类似习俗。小雪前后,土家族群众就开始了一年一度的“杀年猪,迎新年”。用热气尚存的上等新鲜猪肉精心烹饪而成的美食,称为“刨汤”。

多吃叶酸食物:防抑郁

小雪之后,进入抑郁多发的季节,应常食菠菜、猕猴桃、牡蛎、橘子、黄豆和深绿色的蔬菜,因为这些食物中都含有叶酸,可以帮助抵抗抑郁。

全麦面包、粗面粉制品、谷物、酵母、动物肝脏及水果等富含B族维生素的食物,对改善不良情绪及抑郁症也大有裨益。

防寒保暖要做好

从这个节气开始,东北风刮得多了,由于气候虽冷却还没到严冬,很多人不太注意戴帽子和围巾,这样往往容易遭受风寒。常言道:“若要安逸,勤脱勤着”,因此应多备几件冬装,做到酌情增减,随增随减。

对于老年人,应选择柔软、光滑的棉织或丝织内衣、内裤,尽量不穿化纤类衣物,以使静电的危害减少到最低限度。

早睡晚起,睡前泡脚

小雪节气要增强体质、提高机体免疫力和抗寒能力。首先,要保证充足的睡眠,最好不要迟于22点休息。

每晚用热水泡脚,能刺激足底穴位,或者抽空做做暖脚操,增加腰腿部力量,促进下肢血液循环,防止冻伤,并能提高机体抗寒能力。

多喝水防内热产生

多饮水可以促进新陈代谢,缩短粪便在肠道停留的时间,减少毒素的吸收,溶解水溶性的毒素。最好在每天清晨空腹喝一杯温开水,还能降低血液粘度,预防心脑血管疾病。

蜂蜜水可润燥解毒,白萝卜水能清热利尿,梨水可以润肺止咳,都是这个时节不错的选择。

多食热粥

小雪过后,可以多吃保护心脑血管的食品,如丹参、山楂、黑木耳、西红柿、芹菜等;降血脂的食品,如苦瓜、玉米、荞麦、胡萝卜等;温补性食物和益肾食品,如腰果、山药、栗子、核桃等。

食物烹调可多采用炖食,这样营养流失较少;多食热粥有益健康,如有养心除烦作用的小麦粥、消食化痰的萝卜粥、益气养阴的大枣粥等。

预防感冒是贯穿冬季养生的主题,而多吃黑色食物不仅能迅速补充热量、防感冒,还能滋补肝肾、清泻内火、保养肌肤。如黑芝麻具有补肝肾、润五脏、益气的作用;黑豆、黑米、黑枣、黑木耳等,也都具有很好的保健功能。

鸡汤特别是老母鸡汤有很好的补虚功效,它能缓解感冒症状,改善人体的免疫机能,冬季养生多喝有助于提高人体免疫力。

鱼有健脾开胃、止咳平喘等功能,将它和冬瓜、葱白煮汤食用,可以减轻水肿。

勤运动,不懒惰

小雪过后,虽然气温更低,但积极锻炼也不要放松。慢跑、快步走、跳绳、跳迪斯科、打太极拳等,能让全身各个部位活动起来,促进血液循环。

但也不可运动过度,大量的出汗会“发泄阳气”,起到相反的作用。

In many areas of Southern China, people eat glutinous rice cakes during Minor Snow. In these places, there's a saying:"十月朝,糍粑碌碌烧." In this saying, "碌(lu)" means that people use their chopsticks to pick up a glutinous rice cake and roll it like a wheel in a bowl full of sesame and peanut sugar, and "烧(shao)" indicates that the glutinous rice cakes are steaming hot.

During Minor Snow, people in many regions of China will kill pigs, while during Major Snow, they will kill sheep. No matter which household kills the animal, neighbors and friends will all come to help.
