Long-term goal 是長期目標，tentative plan 是暫定計劃，three-step process 是三步走過程。如果需要在商務郵件中說明計劃和目標，你可以這麼說：
As you know, our long-term goal is to become the leading mobile content provider in Asia.（你知道的，我們的長期目標是成為亞洲領先的移動內容提供商。）
In the short term, we want to develop at least five new original cable programs.（在短期內，我們希望開發5個新的原創有線電視節目。）
Our tentative plan is as follows:（我們的暫定計劃如下。）
This three-step process is designed to accelerate our entry into the beverage import market.（這個三步走計劃是為了加快我們進入飲料進口行業的速度而設計的。）
