馮紹林，男，四五年生，大學畢業。
自幼酷愛書畫，在中國書畫國際大學學習書畫六年。又在草書研究班進修一年。根據書畫教程要求對歷代書畫名家近百家作品進行了通臨。
為了繼承傳統，掌握前規，博涉眾妙，對以下貼碑認真，仔細讀貼、思貼、意臨、背臨到悟貼。先後多次反覆臨了顏真卿、歐陽詢、柳公權、趙孟頫、王羲之、王獻之、張孟龍、張黑女、黃自元、張旭、懷素、黃庭堅、蘇軾、米芾、王鐸、李斯、李陽冰、鄧石如、鮮子璜、史晨、張遷碑帖等。現是中國段位評委會理事，中國書畫促進會常務理事，中國文人書法家協會顧問，國際書畫名家交流展委員會付理事長，金豐匯寶國際拍賣有限公司終生藝術顧問，中國民族文藝家聯合會名譽主席，國家一級美術師，國家一級書法師，中國書法家協會理事，中國文學藝術界聯合會名譽顧問，中國文化聯合資源中心副主席等。
在全國省、市書畫大賽、邀請賽中獲金獎70餘次。被授予最美德藝雙馨藝術家，中華藝術名家，國禮藝術家等。
